Leasing Services: Recommendations will be made for the most effective leasing strategies for each property under management. In some cases, The Windsor Management Company will be in a position to effectively provide full leasing representation services for a project; in other cases we may work with a particular agent or firm that should be selected in accordance with the project's needs.
Development/Construction Management: Services available include full development of a project from land planning to finished product and include feasibility analysis, assembling the development team, presentation of the project for approvals, and management of the construction process. Efficient and economically effective management of tenant improvement projects is an area of specific expertise.
Facilities Management: Complete physical plant operations and staffing for maintenance operations for corporate clients.

The Company was founded in 1983. It has operated under the present ownership and management structure since 1989.
